Zabber is a place to share honest, useful information about homes. Keep it helpful and keep it fair. By posting, you agree to these guidelines.

Post in good faith

• Share firsthand or genuinely useful observations about a property or area.
• Honest criticism is welcome, including about condition, price, an agent, or a seller, as long as it is truthful and relevant.
• Do not post spam, advertising, links, or repetitive content.

Do not post

• Harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• Private personal information about anyone (doxxing), including a resident's identity or contact details.
• Deliberately false claims intended to harm a sale.
• Illegal content, or content that violates someone else's rights.

Moderation

Comments can be reported by anyone and are subject to automated and manual moderation. Comments that break these guidelines may be hidden or removed. Persistent abuse may result in a block. You can delete your own comments at any time from the browser you posted them in.

Your content

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share. You grant Zabber permission to display and store your comments for the purpose of operating the service.

No warranty

Comments are user-generated opinions and may be inaccurate. Zabber does not verify them and is not responsible for decisions you make based on them. Do your own due diligence before buying or renting a home. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
